Product Overview

This high-quality product is designed as a fixed height restriction barrier for areas such as parking lots, garages, and other environments where vehicle access needs to be controlled based on vehicle type. The barrier boom can be adjusted to the desired height and then fixed securely in place. Height adjustment is continuous and easily achieved using the four mounting nuts.

The clearance height can be adjusted up to a maximum of 3800 mm, allowing you to ensure smooth access for passenger cars while effectively restricting larger unauthorized vehicles such as trucks. A specially designed extra nut provides a convenient mounting option for optical elements — for example, attaching information or warning signs, or even using the barrier as an advertising surface.

You can further emphasize the restriction function by attaching a visual barrier to the special nut. The boom comes equipped with a red reflective safety decal for excellent visibility during both day and night.

The standard version comes with a white surface finish in RAL 9010, but other colours are available upon request.

Both the boom and the posts feature the same surface coating. The boom is made of aluminium with dimensions of 86 x 46 mm, while the support posts are made of hot-dip galvanized, impact-resistant steel — both materials known for their durability and long lifespan. The galvanization process further increases corrosion resistance.

The lower post section measures Ø 121.0 x 4.0 mm, and the upper section Ø 101.6 x 2.9 mm. The total height from the ground is 4000 mm, and the total width is calculated as 250 mm plus the standard dimension.

We can also customize this height restriction barrier according to your specific requirements and are happy to deliver barriers made to special measurements. Please note that barrier booms up to 6 m in length are manufactured in one piece. For products exceeding 6 m, the boom is delivered in two sections to be mounted opposite each other.

Accessories are not included in delivery and must be ordered separately. For installation by bolting, 8 high-load anchors (item no. 12997) are required and sold separately.
