Return and Refund Policy:

However, please be aware that we do not offer products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully assess the suitability and specifications of products before placing an order. In certain cases, customers may benefit from special price discounts, and as a result, orders for such items cannot be canceled. Returns or replacements can only be accepted if the goods are found to be defective and are returned for repair or replacement.
If Express Matting Services Limited, at its discretion, agrees to accept the return of unwanted products, these goods must be returned with our prior written agreement within 14 days of the delivery date. The goods must be unopened and in perfect, resalable condition. Please make sure that the product(s) you have purchased match your specifications before breaking any manufacturer seals to avoid disappointment and potential rejection when you wish to return them.
Special rules apply to goods sold at a reduced price or as part of a "Liquidation Stock" offer. These rules supplement our standard terms and conditions, except where they explicitly apply to consumers.
Upon receiving an order, we will verify stock availability. A sales contract will only be established, and payment will be processed, once stock availability is confirmed to the customer.
For goods sold as part of a "Reduced price offer" or "Liquidation Products" offer, the following special rules apply, in addition to our standard terms and conditions:
Prices are not subject to value, cash, or volume discounts.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the goods.
Please note that Trailer Plate and HGV Kerb Stop items are custom-made and, therefore, non-refundable.
The cost of returning goods is solely the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of goods that may have been ordered specifically for your order.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. If a product is defective or if you have received the wrong item, Express Matting Services Limited will either replace the item immediately or issue a credit or refund once the merchandise has been returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to check and inform us if an incorrect item has been delivered within 14 days of delivery. No liability, refund, or exchange will be accepted after this 14-day period.
Returning Products After Canceling Your Order:
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or received, you must return them to us. You can return the goods by posting them back to us or returning them in person.

Refund Procedure:
It is the customer's responsibility to return goods in new and original condition at their own expense. Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods have been inspected.
