Free Delivery on Qualifying Orders

We offer free standard delivery on orders over our threshold to most mainland UK destinations. For smaller orders, a flat-rate delivery charge applies. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery postcode.

We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes, including:

• England, Wales, and lowland Scotland (standard rates)
• Scottish Highlands and Islands (extended lead times, surcharges may apply)

Lead times are indicative and subject to stock availability. Orders placed before 12:00 noon on working days are typically processed the same day.

Large Order & Pallet Delivery

Heavy or large-volume orders are delivered on pallets via specialist freight carriers. Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside unless a specific site delivery arrangement is agreed at the time of order. Please ensure suitable access is available for an articulated lorry or tail-lift vehicle, and that a forklift or pallet truck is available on site to move heavy items from the kerbside.
